Open Stack

Voting is now closed as we did not hear any concerns and there were
positive votes on the review.

So, we would like to reserve a spot for the meeting time & date (for the
appropriate duration) as per the latest on
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/192270/ . Seems like gerrit is best way
to detect conflicts and any racy proposals so, I would like to request
people with appropriate permissions to merge the proposal.
