[openstack-dev] talk proposal for Tokyo Summit: "Interconnecting Neutron and BGP-based operator VPNs"

Hello everyone,

My apologies for this french-speaking message that *not* intended to 
this list, but to a french speaking mailing-list with a close name...

The idea was to encourage people to look at our "Interconnecting Neutron 
and BGP-based operator VPNs" where we'll discuss the Neutron 
networking-bgpvpn project.    Don't hesitate to have a look if you are a 
Telco and needs to interconnect your BGP-based VPNs with Openstack.
