Most certainly. We track master based on SHA updates typically once every
two weeks, so if the code has merged upstream then you can already work on
it from our master branch. :)

Go for it. I'd suggest also adding the review once submitted to the weekly
meeting for the purpose of discussion and to open it up to questions.
