It is maintained through an OASIS TC here -> https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=tosca The latest relevant spec is available here -> https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/56070/TOSCA-Simple-Profile-YAML-v1.0-wd06-rev05.docx Of immediate synergy with Senlin is probably the discussion around policies starting on page #240 of the spec. Much of this is still in the definition stage, so there is opportunity to have Senlin influence the spec as well as to allow Senlin to adopt some of the definitions within the spec.
