latest Fuel Library CI update:
* Currently we have two tests based on Kilo ISO enabled in voting mode:
Both run Ubuntu deployment and pass on current master (see  and ).
Note that you need to rebase all your patches on top of the fix 
* The nova-based Ubuntu test is blocked by bug 
* CentOS-based test is disabled
let's update the bug
bvt_2 takes about twice more time then tests we run at the moment,
thus maybe we can find a bit lighter test case with Ceph?
