FYI: Recently HP's focus for deployment has changed, and as such, some of the resources we had dedicated for TripleO are being redistributed. As such, the HP CI region won't be returning to the pool (it is currently removed due to some stability issues). Nor will we be adding region #2, which never quite made it into the pool.
