We’ve agreed with QA to get rid of ‘swarm-fail-driver’ tag and limit ‘swarm-blocker’ tag usage. From now on ‘swarm-blocker’ tag is used only for bugs blocking at least 3 test cases of swarm. Please pay close attention to this kind of bugs.
