[openstack-dev] [glance][artifacts][app-catalog] Proposal to move artifacts meeting time

Thanks for voting.

The most popular option is 17:00 UTC Mondays. Unfortunately the
#openstack-meeting-4 channel turned out to be occupied at this timeslot, so
I propose to change the channel to #openstack-meeting-alt

I've submitted a patch to irc-meeting infra repo:
Please vote for that patch if the channel change is ok to you.
