[openstack-dev] [Fuel][UX] Throw KVM\QEMU and leave Libvirt on Wizard

Hi,

Let's call this hypervisor type "Qemu-KVM". So it will be a separate HV
like vCenter, Xen, or HyperV. The actual selection between qemu and kvm
will be a HV specific option in this case.
