Open Stack

Hey everyone!

A few months ago, there was a conversation in #openstack-infra, where
_someone_ asked for a maven repository mirror to speed up, and stabilize,
any java builds. Unfortunately, I can't remember for who that was, and my
grep-foo is (apparently) weak. Could the interested party please pick up
the white courtesy phone and contact me? I'm trying to gather all the
different mirror efforts (rubygems, pypi-wheel, bower, npm, java, etc)
under one coordinated umbrella.

For all the other lurkers who are curious about this topic, you can come
help review our spec and/or patches :)
