If one of the projects does not follow the four opens, then IMO it should
not deserve to be in neither tent or stadium, but then again, I don't think
we should put ourselves as an extra layer of judgement between projects and
the TC, just because the project is related to Neutron. The TC is in charge
of making that call irrespective of the technology.
