I've tried to pull all the moving parts together into an etherpad so we can coordinate around what needs to happen to get everything switched over to the instack workflow: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/tripleo-instack I think there's probably enough detail to get this done that we should probably use the etherpad to help keep things organized and happening in the right order.
