Hi folks,

We had about 40 blueprints for Kolla marked for L3. Our community can typically process about 20-25 blueprints in a 1 month period. As a result, I pushed a bunch of blueprints to Mitaka, and got our blueprint count down to about 24 blueprints. The Essential/High blueprints are what I think are necessary to make a version of Kolla that is shippable and ready for evaluation by Operators.

The full list is here:

The list of stuff bounced to mitaka:

As our PTL I will not refuse work that was pushed to Mitaka into Liberty. If your blueprint was pushed and you still want to continue working on it, please feel free to do so, and when its ready to merge, I will pull it in to the Liberty tracker.

I only spent about 3 hours doing this process and reprioritizing blueprints, so it is likely I made some errors. We will have a timeboxed 30 minute blueprint review at our Wednesday meeting. The first priority of this session will be puling blueprints from Mitaka into Liberty that people feel strongly about. The end goal of this session is to make sure that essential/high blueprints are all that are necessary for an Operator to evaluate Kolla and see if it fits their needs, even if it leaves them with some functional gaps (especially around supplemental projects as defined here[1]).

Regards,
-steve
