[openstack-dev] [Ironic] Cleaning up spec review queue.

Thank you all for the reply's to this thread. I have now set all of the
listed spec's to an abandoned state, Please note that any review can be
recovered quickly but clicking the "Restore Change" button. If one of the
listed spec's is restored please be sure to re-target to the Kilo cycle.
