They're not, the options that were moved to the [cinder] section don't
appear there along with at least one other option.

IMO, the logs.

Yup, agreed, just to also point out on monday I fixed the templates and
unpinned nova again, so its no longer an "active" problem for tripleo.

Its true there are places where we (in tripleo) are using deprecated
options today, and its on the tripleo project to keep up with those. But
what made this particularly frustrating was that 2 weeks ago I went
though the tripleo overcloud controller logs to get rid of all places we
were using deprecated options, iirc we had 3 left that couldn't yet be
dealt with for various reason. Had the nova options been logged I would
have made the changes.
