Hi,

In an attempt to expedite the merging of changes with positive feedback
that need minor changes (rebases, typo fixes, etc.) before merging, the
TripleO projects are going to adopt a slightly modified review standard
where such changes can be merged without 2 +2's on the latest patch set
if there were +2's on previous patch sets.

also socialize this on the list for anyone who isn't aware of it.  If
you have any comments please leave them on the review, and barring any
major showstopping issues we'll plan to adopt this policy in the near
future.
