Hi all,

I am experiencing an issue when i try to commit the spec for review.

This is the message that i get:

 fatal: ICLA contributor agreement requires current contact information.

I am trying to see what has gone wrong with my account.

In the mean while please use the attached spec for the irc meeting today.

I will try to fix the issue with my account soon and commit it for review.
