[openstack-dev] [MagnetoDB] Configuring consistency draft of concept

Team, I believe it is quite complex task and we have to spend more time on
concept.
So, I've postponed it to next 3.0 seria, it is month from now and we can
keep focus on stabilization of current version.

Let us return to this discussion later.
