[openstack-dev] Neutron error using devstack

Thanks
I'm able to proceed further with your valuable advice .I'm able to restart
the nova-compute service through the screen sessions over the compute node.
However I'm getting one another issue after restarting the nova-compute and
due to this I'm not able to boot another VMs onto it.

Following  is the screanshot describing the issue ...




Please help regarding this.
