Open Stack

I'd like to nominate Radomir Dopieralski to Horizon Core.  I find his reviews very insightful and more importantly have come to rely on their quality. He has contributed to several areas in Horizon and he understands the code base well.  Radomir is also very active in tuskar-ui both contributing and reviewing.
