I had thought we would do all of the oslo libraries, since so many of
the log messages actually come from library code. I think Andreas has
already set up most of the infrastructure needed to make the
translation jobs work.

We haven't done a great job of communicating the plan on log
translations, and I'm currently looking for someone from the i18n team
to step forward to be the point of contact on that work.
