Hello, I would like to propose a spec freeze exception for the tenant name handling for the Big Switch plugin defined in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/103268/. The code is isolated to a third party plugin and the implementation was already completed and tested (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/103269/) before the deadline. It missed the deadline because there is some concern around tracking tenant names in a DB, but once that's resolved it should be simple to merge. Ignoring unit tests, comments and the auto-generated DB migration script, the change affects about 35 lines of code.
