[openstack-dev] [marconi] Meeting time change

I think Wednesday would be best. That way we can get an update on all the
bugs and blueprints before the weekly 1:1 project status meetings with
Thierry on Thursday. Mondays are often pretty busy with everyone having
meetings and catchup from the weekend.

If we do 2100 UTC, that is 9am NZT. Shall we alternate between 1900 and
2100 UTC on Wednesdays?

Also, when will we meet this week? Perhaps we should keep things the same
one more time while we get the new schedule finalized here on the ML.
