[openstack-dev] [rally] Naming of a deployment

I've finished the v0.1 spec of Rally API: http://docs.rallyapi.apiary.io/

The only thing that spec is missing at the moment is resource for Workloads
(/deployments/workloads). I will add this resource shortly.
