I vote for Deployment.
Instance would be easily confused with a VM instance.
Cluster implies multiple nodes so doesn't cover the all-in-one/devstack
case.
Installation is very similar to deployment but deployment is already in use
throughout rally.

However I don't think it matters that much as long as the name is used
consistently.
