Open Stack

Hi Daniel,

I removed the existing images and executed
./tools/docker/install_docker.sh. I am facing new issue related to
docker-registry,

*Error: exit status 2: tar: This does not look like a tar archive*

is the size 945 bytes correct for docker-registry image?
