[openstack-dev] [Network] Allocate MAC and IP address for a VM instance

Thanks Liu Dong.

It is a VM mac address, so do you have any idea for how can I make sure the
VM mac address can bind to a floating ip address?

Also what do you mean by floatingip mac?
