Some kind of regression has caused stable/icehouse builds to fail, and hence prevents any code from merging in tempest. This is being tracked at https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-heatclient/+bug/1405579. Jeremy (fungi) provided a hacky work-around here https://review.openstack.org/#/c/144347/ which I hope can soon be +A by a tempest core until there is some better fix. -David
