[openstack-dev] [Third-party] Voting for new Third-party CI weekly IRC meeting time

Anita,

I really appreciate your willingness to host a meeting, but, the response
from the group in the previous thread was in support of the alternating
meeting approach. Daya, Erlon, Trinath, Steve, Misha and others all agreed.
I am confused why you would not want to go with the consensus on this.
