[openstack-dev] [neutron] [third-party] What tests are required to be run

Dane,

It is not my intention to damage anyone's image or work. I ran a test and
I noticed that APIC CI was giving a PASSED result when it was not even
running anything, for me that means "fake".
I just responded to your other email, I adopt see APIC CI running and I
can't change the wiki until I verify it.
