[openstack-dev] Is there a way to let nova schedule plugin fetch glance image metadata

Indeed, no REST API yet, but that's one of the things we will be considering for Gantt.  I wonder if this is yet another argument for Gantt and, if you can wait until the Kilo cycle, maybe we can provide an appropriate service for Heat.

How exactly is Heat calling your scheduler? The Nova scheduler does not have a public REST API, so I'm unsure how you are calling it.
