If you are paying godaddy to administer the server, have you asked them
why one of your users has acknowledged your site is blacklisted by Cisco
WSA appliances?

If you are paying them to administer your server, answering your
question falls within their job.

You need to find out the reason behind Cisco security blocking, that is
what I am asking you to do. It if fine if you don't know, but it is your
responsibility to find out.
