Action items from today's Octavia meeting:

1. We're going to hold off for a couple days on merging the constitution
and preliminary road map to give people (and in particular Ebay) a chance
to review and comment.

2. Stephen is going to try to get Octavia v0.5 design docs into gerrit
review by the end of the week, or early next week at the latest.

3. If those with specific networking concerns could codify this and/or
figure out a way to write these down and share with the list, that would be
great. This is going to be important to ensure that our "operator-grade
load balancer" solution can actually meet the needs of the operators
developing it.
