You make a great point about the time needed to do this.  I think the
feedback you've provided in this post is a great start.  Perhaps the
burden should be squarely on the Rally team.  Using the feedback you've
provided thus far, they could go off and work on splitting things up and
making a better integration plan, and we could revisit post-Juno.
