While it is deprecated, the removal has not yet been scheduled. I'd like
to wait on removing the tests until there is a scheduled removal. I
expect that will be a summit conversation, so the earliest I see us
doing this would be Juno 1 timeframe.

I do not think we should add any new v2 XML api tests. I am also fine
that if there is interesting v2 test enhancement that we want to do
that's too hard on XML, we can break the inheritance, or provide a skip
on test methods if using the XML interface.
