[openstack-dev] Is Project ID always a number?

Unless I'm mistaken, the project ID should be a UUID.

Does anyone have a feel for what Project ID (AKA Tenant ID) looks like in
practice? Is it always a number, or do some deployments use UUIDs or
something else?
