Open Stack

A while ago I proposed a rule that all compute drivers must have public
CI running on them by the Icehouse release for them to stay in Nova.
Multiple groups have been hard at work on this since.  This effort has
reached another milestone today as the VMWare team now has a system
voting on patches.

This system is running tempest against a VMWare deployment and posting
the results publicly.  This is really great progress.  It will go a long
way in helping reviewers be more confident in changes to this driver.

This also means that the VMWare driver moves from class C to class B on
