I emulated a full (parallel) tempest-devstack-vm-full run on several
fresh 12.04 LTS VMs with Ubuntu Cloud Archive enabled and confirmed
python-libvirt 1.1.1 was pulled in. I'm consistently getting
numerous tempest tests failing with "server in error state" messages
on the console. Someone with more nova debugging experience should
probably repeat the same experiment.
