[openstack-dev] Manual to build an application on open stack

Ok, i got it. I'd suggest you to describe whole copcent of your application
(if it is not commercial secret) and let community lead you to right
direction.
There simple rules of developing with OpenStack:
1. Python based.
2. Clinet/Server interaction
3. ReST
4. Test coverage. Inner test or Tempest.
