Open Stack

It's worth noting that this is muddied by its inclusion of changes
marked Work In Progress, which are generally not soliciting reviews
and will skew the durations out. Unfortunately it doesn't look to me
like we have a way to negative-match on these in Gerrit's search (if
we implemented that piece, I'm not finding it at any rate).
