I just thought I'd call attention to this - https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-novaclient/+bug/1173353 Since https://review.openstack.org/#/c/26365/ landed, python-novaclient will trigger a 400 error from nova-api when setting quotas, because it supplies an option existing nova doesn't support. There are no novas running anything in trunk that *can* support it, because the nova side of the code hasn't landed.
