Open Stack

We have a bunch of Cinder bugs to work on (e.g., 22 "new" and 20
"confirmed"), and so we decided to declare Thursday, May 30, as a Cinder
bug-squashing day.  We'd be grateful for anyone who'd like to help in any
way they can - if it's triaging, submitting fixes, or anything else!
