If you know the bug number for the failure you're encountering
(possibly because you couldn't find one and opened it yourself) then
'recheck bug #####' will do it. If you know there is no bug and
you're rechecking to manually retrigger tests for some other reason
then 'recheck no bug' will indicate that this isn't related to an
actual bug.
