Greetings,

There are different types of criteria to use when choosing a compute
driver to use with Nova.  One is the features it provides.  Another is
how well it's supported by the project in terms of testing to make sure
it actually works.

We had a wiki page that documented differences in feature availability
across the drivers (please review and help update it as needed).  I have
updated this page to discuss the differences in testing that is done for
each driver.

There are a couple reasons for this.  The first is to clearly
communicate how much we test things to our users.  The second is to
attempt to shame more people into improving testing for more drivers.  :-)
