We primarily use basic summary pages from Gerrit and Launchpad:

https://review.openstack.org/#/ - My changes view in gerrit
https://bugs.launchpad.net/~/+assignedbugs - Assigned bugs in LP
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/~/+specs?role=assignee - Assigned BPs
https://launchpad.net/nova/+milestone/havana-1 - Milestone tracking
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/havana - Series tracking

The other reports you mentioned were created to fill gaps there (the
release status page, for example, shows all integrated projects and adds
links to gerrit changes).

A few extras that you missed:
http://status.openstack.org/reviews/ to prioritize reviews
Links from https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/BugTriage to get bug lists
for triaging purposes
