[openstack-dev] [VPNaaS] General questions on plans for initial version and what to research...

Sending this to the list per Nachi's suggestion. Looking for background info and general plan on approach on VPNaaS. My questions from a private thread started, are in green below.

Any suggestions/info would be appreciated…
