Open Stack

Greetings,

There are a number of active Nova sub-teams, and I would like to start
having a central place where people can find information about them.  I
have started linking to them from the Nova meetings page here:

I also listed some guidelines for what should be listed on each sub-team
page, as well as some general expectations around sub-teams.  John
Garbutt did a very nice job preparing the page for the XenAPI team, so
please use that one as an example.  Feedback welcome.
