The resize operation is taking longer than we planned, so we're
revising our expectations and extending the outage another hour to
03:30 UTC (or I'll follow up again if it's lasting beyond that, but
hopefully it won't). Apologies to everyone for the inconvenience.
All queued CI jobs should automatically resume shortly after we're
done.
