Monty,

Thanks for the tip.  I added a new comment to the bug report.  Basically,
using your tip, I still hit a problem where the client's dependencies were
not installed in to the environment and the client would not run after
installation.  Details are in the bug report.

I've also removed the duplicate status of this bug.  The problem here
seems to go beyond the problem in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-keystoneclient/+bug/1186194.
