[openstack-dev] [SUMMIT] Last batch of invites to Portland for contributors

Hello folks,

now that Grizzly-3 milestone is cut, we're going to collect the details 
of the newest Active Technical Contributors [1] to the project and send 
them an invite to Portland April 2013 Summit. You know who you are, so 
check your inbox some time next week for an invite.

If you haven't submitted a patch already, these are the last hours 
available to land anything in the main trunk: bug fixes, translations, 
documentation. All contributions that go through Gerrit 
review.openstack.org count.

an ATC shall be determined as follows:

     (i) An Individual Member is an ATC who has had a software 
contribution approved for inclusion in any of the modules of the Core 
OpenStack Project during one of the two prior release cycles of the Core 
OpenStack Project (“Approved Contribution’). Such Individual Member 
shall remain an ATC for three hundred and sixty five days after the date 
of acceptance of such Approved Contribution.
